Buffalo Grove Medical Office Building is a Northwest Community Hospital’s flagship outpatient building serving Chicago’s north-west suburbs. It is a four story, over 70,000 sf, state of the art multi-modality facility offering many high-end services. First floor offers Immediate Care, Imaging with CT Scan, MRI, and X-Ray, Laboratory Testing, and a self-contained, with separate Waiting Area, Women’s Center offering Mammography, Ultrasound, and Bone Density testing services. The entire second floor has been designed for General Family Practitioners. Third floor offers a full service Rehabilitation Gym with private Treatment Rooms as well as Specialty Clinics such as Infusions Rooms, Allergy Exam Rooms, Endocrine Exam Rooms, Rheumatology, Podiatry, Phototherapy, and Dermatology. Fourth floor is dedicated to additional Woman Care Exam spaces and additional General Family Practitioners Exams and Offices.
